I believe that problems are better viewed as important opportunities for understanding, growth, healing, and change.

My approach is holistic and integrative. The goal is to address concerns to promote healing at the levels of mind, body, and spirit.

Having obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University of Chicago, I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana as well as the state of Illinois.  After  several years of working in a large hospital behavioral health department, I opened my private practice in 2004.

• Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Valparaiso University in 1973. 

• Bachelor of Arts with a major in Spanish, from Indiana University Bloomington, having taught high school Spanish in Barrington, Illinois and Munster, Indiana.
